Aaaaaabbbbsolutely! Hot Air ballons are considered the very first human flight mean of transportation. It all started back in 1783; ever since and as of today, thousands of flights take place around the world every day. Our experienced and skilled FAA certified pilot will take care of you.
It last approximately 1-hour in the air.
It depends on where we land and how hard is to pack it back. Usually about 3hrs total. Our crew will prepare the balloon for the flight and launch, track us during flight and meet wherever we land, then return to the launch site.
Flights takes place early in the morning (because the weather is more stable), so we try to take off not long after sunrise. That means being in the launch field between 5:00 and 5:30 AM. When you reserve we will tell you exactly when to get to the launch field.
We travel with the wind, so anywhere where we don't have to cross a river, there are no trees or plantations, and a place where our 4×4 chase vehicle can reach.
From high enough we'll see the crop patterns below, mountain ridges and clouds, and from low enough we'll watch and listen to the birds and monkeys chattering in the tops of the trees. If lucky enough we may spot a sloth!
Yes we do, as long weather allows.
Safety First!, a memorable as well as a safe experience is our main goal, so if last minute or weather situations forces us to cancel your flight, we'll do our best to reschedule your balloon ride to another date based on your availability
